Gratitude I think should not just be a mere saying of the word 'thanks you' but the genuine sincerity felt within.
At 4.08 am suddenly waking up and not being able to sleep at hard rock hotel with my family, I hear my father's snore, and my mom's and sister's breathing. I just wanted to say that I'm really blessed to have them around me and I feel truly grateful to have them in my life.
Also, today has been a really great but guilty day for me. Great because my friends - Sammy, Mave, Ben and Jayson and I went to the beach!! Wheeeee~ ^^ we played volleyball with a bunch of younger group of girls which was really fun and went kayaking!! Me and Mave were in one boat together and we coordinated really well paddling at a decent speed going about splashing and toppling people's boat. 😌✌okay we got toppled over too but nevertheless, it was fun!
After which, we went to play volleyball at the hotel, dipped in the pool and had Din Tai Feng for dinner!! The food was really good and Sammy has FINALLY LIVED. SHE. HAD. HER. FIRST. XIAO LONG BAO. (with the pork in it because she finally eats pork) *heaven ray of light shining at her* HAHAHA! And she rated it w a thumbs up! 👍 😄
All in all, I'm really grateful for this very awesome and fun-filled day of mine and I thank god for blessing me with such a great family and friends. I still remember how fearful I was to leave stc and going to a new environment with completely different people around me but, the friends I've met in MI have been amazing. To whoever that is reading this, thank you.
